1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All products sold on FateCreates are digital downloads. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets for your personal streaming channels (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.).

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original files.
• Claim the designs as your own work.
• Use the assets in illegal or hateful content.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not offered once the files have been downloaded, unless there is a proven technical defect that we cannot resolve.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom designs and original artwork remain the intellectual property of FateCreates. Fan art based on existing IP (e.g., Pokemon) is created under fair use/transformative works principles for personal streamer use.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
